In this unprecedented climate of uncertainty and nervousness around COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to reassure you that here at Hartleigh we are doing everything possible to keep our developments moving, and keep our customers, staff and the community safe.

Our sale office remains open for business, however by private appointments only at this time. This is a new measure we have made as part of our commitment to safety due to the current COVID-19 situation.

We want to ensure you that we are doing everything to reassure you that here at Hartleigh we are doing everything possible to keep our developments moving or enquiries continue and you have the support you need.

Our measures

We have some added hygiene measures in place including increased cleaning and sanitation.

Our policies around sickness and travel are in line with the Government’s bans.

The safety of our customers, staff and the community is our highest priority, so we’re asking you to refrain from shaking hands and to stay home if you feel unwell, have returned from overseas within the past 14 days, or been in contact with someone that has and/or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with, or is in the process of being tested for COVID-19.

For our new and existing customers, we have a range of remote communications, so your plans don’t have to stop. These include phone/ video call meetings with sales staff or website chat with the team.

We want to reassure you that at this stage there are no delays or impacts at this point in time, it is very much business as usual.

We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus situation and will update you should there be any changes to our visitor policies or delays to our timelines.
